Pursuant to sections 87U and 87V of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegated authority from the Secretary for Transport, I give notice that having received an application from Texel Air (NZ) Ltd., I have granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights between New Zealand and Australia, and within Australia, valid up to, and including, 31 August 2028.
