Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, has amended the appointment to the Commerce Commission, of:

Rakihia Tahumata Tau, of North Canterbury

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Grocery Industry Competition Act 2023. This amendment commences on 13 July 2023 for a term ending on 23 June 2028.

This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2353).
