Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 January 2020, Notice No. 2020-go285, of Napier Port (located at Breakwater Road, Napier and operated by Port of Napier Limited CN: 397567) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Napier Port is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Commercial Passenger Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Container and General Cargo
• Bulk Cargo (Non-Approved systems)
• Vehicles and Machinery
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
