Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 2015, Issue No. 16, Notice No. 2015-go1006, of Devonport Naval Base – New Zealand Defence Force (located at Queens Parade, Auckland and operated by Babcock (NZ) Limited, CN: 1513132) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Devonport Naval Base – New Zealand Defence Force is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Containers and General Cargo
• Vehicles and Machinery
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
