Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed to the Financial Markets Authority Board, as established under the Financial Markets Authority Act 2011:

Professor Prasanna Sudhir Gai, of Auckland

as a member for a term commencing on 1 July 2023 and expiring on 30 June 2028.
