Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Sue Janice Begg, of Wellington

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 10 July 2023 and ending on 31 December 2023, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Telecommunications Act 2001, and Water Services Entities Act 2022.
