Mortgagor: Edward Carl Partsch and Serafina Partsch as trustees of the Partsch Family Trust

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12110194.2 (“Mortgage”):

Liberty Financial Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at 2/110 Custom Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Wellington in proceeding CIV-2022-485-716, dated 20 February 2023, and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

71 Arahura Crescent, Waitangirua, Porirua, contained and described in Record of Title WN42D/520 (Wellington).
