Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

THE CARDIAC SOCIETY OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND (an Overseas ASIC) is to be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register as the NZ Branch closed its trading account in New Zealand in June 2022.

The New Zealand region of the society continues to conduct its charitable purposes of education, fellowship and advocacy for members under its wholly New Zealand Trust, The Cardiac Society Charitable Trust.
