BETASHARES CAPITAL LTD hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that it has ceased carrying on business in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.

This proposed deregistration will not affect the operations of Betashares Capital NZ Limited (Company No. 8391436) which is a New Zealand incorporated entity.
