Notice of Appointment

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

I advise that on 13 July 2023, Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as interim receiver of the property of JUN YUE INVESTMENT LIMITED by the High Court of Auckland.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
