Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LTHC LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholder on 5 May 2023 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 9 June 2023.
