Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 4 April 2023 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 12 June 2023 as the day by which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
