Gazette.govt.nzUnder section 16A of the Conservation Act 1987, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Operations, Auckland, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be held for conservation purposes as part of the Swanson Conservation Area.
