Gazette.govt.nzUnder section 16A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Operations Manager of the Gisborne District of the Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of those parts of the Waioeka Conservation Area described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held for conservation purposes and to form part of the Waioeka Conservation Area.
