Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 November 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Ingrid Chettleburgh, in respect of No Cotton Wool Kids Hawkes Bay 2 (47362), situated at 20 Niven Street, Onekawa, Napier.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
