Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 April 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Claire Green, in respect of Joyce Fisher Preschool (10221) situated at 251–255 Campbell Road, Greenlane, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
