Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 August 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Malissa McMillan, in respect of Tutuu - Rito (40335), situated at Shop 10, Town Centre, Turangi.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
