Pursuant to section 103 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, I hereby declare

Aotearoa Towers Group LP (Company No.: 50112570; NZBN: 9429050706358)

to be a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 2001.

This declaration is conditional on, and will have effect immediately upon, the completion of Aotearoa Towers Group LP acquiring all shares in Aotearoa Towers Limited (Company No.: 468449; NZBN: 9429039223586) (“Acquisition”). If the Acquisition completes, then the network operator status of Aotearoa Towers Limited is immediately revoked.
