Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 August 2010, which was granted under those regulations to Kathryn Clout, in respect of The Treehouse Private Kindergarten (40258), situated at 3 Kowhai Street, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
