Pursuant to Regulation 3(1)(b) of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Air Quality) Regulations 2004, the Associate Minister for the Environment, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and Commencement

(1) This notice is the Gisborne Regional Airshed Notice 2022.

(2) This notice comes into force 28 days from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Airshed Established

(1) The areas described in the Schedule are separate airsheds for the Gisborne Region as specified by the Associate Minister for the Environment for the purposes of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Air Quality) Regulations 2004.

(2) Any areas within the Gisborne Region which are not covered by the separate airshed in this notice form a single airshed for that region.
