I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that the Registrar has reasonable grounds to believe that the limited partnerships are not carrying on business and there is no proper reason for them to continue in existence.

SWEET STREAM VINEYARD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
TIAKI FARM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to the removal of any of the above named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 6 September 2022 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the Register.
