Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Natalie Gytha Burrett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, hereby give notice that on 21 September 2022 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a specific security agreement dated 2 November 2020 by Dedicated Capital Limited.

The law requires receivers to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
