YEE GOOD FORTUNE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) was restored to the Register of Companies by the High Court at Wellington on 4 April 2022 pursuant to section 329(1) of the Companies Act 1993.

Craig Sanson and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), and the applicants in the matter were appointed joint and several liquidators.

We fix 18 May 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
