Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of ORAKA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Hamilton on 4 April 2022 at 10.50am.

Notice is given the liquidator fixes 29 July 2022 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
