Under section 30, schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Timatanga Community Limited in respect of any pupil at Timatanga Community School shall be as follows:

• A maximum of $300 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year for 2022 and 2023.
• A maximum of $270 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year from 2024.
