Pursuant to sections 101 and 105 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, the Minister of Health appoints the person listed below to serve as a deputy member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal.

Tim Clarke, Deputy Lawyer Member.

This appointment shall take effect on 12 April 2021, and the appointee shall hold office until 25 September 2021.
