Notice of Receivers Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receiverships have ended and that we have now ceased to act on 27 September 2021.

As HELILOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) is in liquidation, control has reverted to the liquidators. Please address all future correspondence to: The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.

HELI-LOGGING HOLDINGS LIMITED and M & S TRADING LIMITED’s controls have reverted to the director. Please address all future correspondence to: C/- Mark Ford, 210 East Road, RD 22, Stratford, Taranaki.
