Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given that:

• Pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff was appointed receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired personal property of the above-mentioned parties on 22 July 2021 under the powers contained within general security agreements dated 5 July 2021 together with a factoring facility agreement with guarantee dated 5 July 2021.
• Pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 29 July 2021, Greg Sherriff ceased to act as receiver and manager of the respective parties.
