Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AIRPORT GROUND SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 25 November 2021 at 10.14am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 10 January 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the Company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
