Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of ASPAC PROCESSING LIMITED on 18 October 2021 at 3.15pm, KNIGHTS (NEW ZEALAND) PROPERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED on 18 October 2021 at 3.16pm and of M.C. KNIGHTS MANUFACTURING LIMITED on 18 October 2021 at 3.17pm.

The liquidators fix 29 November 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
