Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Richard Nacey and Marcus McMillan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of FILO NEW ZEALAND LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 13 July 2021 at 10.35am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 31 August 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
