Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP102) of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 22 July 2021 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 2 September 2021 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
