Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

On 1 May 2021 at 8.22am, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE KENNEL CLUB LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation, on 30 April 2021 the company’s directors signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 1 July 2021.
