Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the First Schedule is acquired for water supply purposes, which shall vest in the Tararua District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(4), set apart for water supply purposes to remain vested in the Tararua District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
