Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Katherine Grace Belton Reinhold, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority, hereby give notice that on Natahsa Barnett, Group Manager Resourcing, Ministry of Education, and Dr Caralee McLiesh, Secretary and Chief Executive of the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Northland College Board of Trustees to continue holding;

The following number of equity securities issued by:

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited (91,226); Ballance Agri Nutrients Limited (3,150 Co-operative shares); Livestorck Improvement Corporation Limited (583 ordinary/1,749 ordinary nil paid shares).

Future bonus/rebate shares issued by each co-operative listed above, but not to acquire additional shares for investment share trading purposes, from the date of approval.
