as health practitioner member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a two-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and appointed

Zoe Ross

as a health practitioner member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and appointed

Ravi Dass

as a health practitioner member of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice.
