Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that ALCON LABORATORIES (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD, a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 7 May 2020.
