Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above company by resolution of shareholders on Thursday 13 February 2020 at 12.13pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is the liquidation of a solvent company and the directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
