Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 20 December 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MOUNTSIDE FLATS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2019 at 2.30pm.
