Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 25 February 2020 at 1.52pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPECOPS CONTRACTORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
