Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following a solvency resolution, Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by the company’s shareholders on 8 December 2020 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 29 January 2021 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish priority their claims may have in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
