Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following a solvency resolution, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of O’FLAHERTY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED by the company’s shareholders on 23 November 2020 at 10.00am and RAYLAND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED on 24 November 2020 at 9.00am, both pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 December 2020.

Notes: O’FLAHERTY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED is a solvent liquidation. RAYLAND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED has no known creditors.
