Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

On 2 November 2020 at 9.00am, the shareholders of C & L UPFOLD LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 8 December 2020. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company in liquidation’s property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
