Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 27 May 2020 at 3.00pm, FEDERAL SECURITIES LIMITED was put into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

Grant Reynolds, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ) of Reynolds and Associates Auckland, was appointed liquidator.

On 10 July 2020 at 2.30pm, Grant Reynolds resigned as liquidator, pursuant to section 283(1) of the Act, and appointed Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, as replacement joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 283(6) of the Act.

Both Rhys Cain and Rees Logan are RITANZ insolvency practitioners accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 10 August 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
