Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Take notice that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 4 March 2020 at 10.28pm for GROWINGFUND WESTGATE LIMITED appointed Kevin John Davies, senior insolvency practitioner of Tauranga, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The liquidator fixes 14 April 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
