I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) in relation to the following company on the application of the following persons. Dates are those of registration:

J T MULLIGAN ROOFING LIMITED (4911959) – M. H. Norrie was appointed liquidator outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of service of an application for the appointment of liquidators by the High Court. Rectification will remove notice of his appointment (11 September 2018), first report (19 September 2018) and notice of his vacation of office (12 September 2018) (application by C. Sanson and M. G. Hollis, liquidators).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 27 February 2019 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
