I hereby give notice of an Application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named Applicant under section 172 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless Caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 17 April 2019.

Application 11318507.1 by Hyatt & Sons Limited at Motueka for an estate in fee simple in 0.1740 hectares more or less being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under number LT 515067, being Part Section 1 Upper Motueka District which is part of the land in Deeds Index 2/222, such land being part of the land granted to Edward William Stafford under Crown Grant 2347 dated 1 June 1854 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 2352 dated 3 September 1860, to Arthur Robert Oliver who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
