Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 October 1969, No. 61, page 1972, is hereby redefined in terms of the persons or class of persons for whose benefit the reservation is made by replacing “for the common use and benefit of the Māori people of Northland” to “for the common use and benefit of the Māori Reservation to be for the whānau who whakapapa to Ngāti Korokoro, Te Pouka, Ngāti Wharara and Ngaitu”.
