Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand,

1. Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to sections 50 and 52, transferred and set apart for functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown;
2. Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 761681, subject to Mortgage 9742653.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
