Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the beneficiaries for whom the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto and created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 2000, No. 137, page 3531, are hereby amended by replacing “Ngatitaratikitiki and related hapū and the local community in general” with “Ngati Tarao”.
